About 40 minutes from Thuy wharf, Da Vi commune, Na Hang district, we stopped at Pac Vang forest ranger station to pick up Mr. Thang, a ranger officer. The wind from the lake is caressing the coolness of the lake water, the story of interesting discoveries from the lake bed is not over yet, the boat has stopped close to the edge of the mountain. Here, according to rangers, there are gnashing trees that do not know how many years they have lived, only guessing that they are thousands of years old.
The rumor is not wrong, about 100m from the edge of the lake, the tree leans down to pose majestically as if someone’s hand created the tree like a swing swing reflecting on the lake surface. The image of the tree leaning “back” and then soaring high as protection, companionship with thousands of other species of trees growing around. Following Mr. Thang – the ranger, the whole group looked up, oh! Not 1 tree, 2 trees, but many trees growing apart, each tree standing tall. Our group has up to 6 people who spread their arms in a circle but still have not finished half of the tree.
If sitting in the boat to taste the cool taste like water flowing through the sad hair roots, climbing up the mountain will feel the coolness of the gentle green grass, gently penetrating into the skin, making the body stronger. Most of our group is retired, some of them are 72 years old, but they are still climbing quickly, is it because of the power of energy from the “grandfathers” or because of the cool air from the luxuriant foliage of the village? Forest trees are like tonics that everyone is as comfortable as in a luxury sanatorium.
Because it was almost noon, our group only reached the 4th tree to stop. The ranger said that the higher you go, the more gnats you will find, each tree is thousands of years old, the rough bark looks like mysterious, sacred eyes looking into the distance… we asked each other: is the tree there? you know sad, happy right? Surely there is. Because when we laughed and talked happily, the sound of the wind rustled as if to entertain, and when we heard the inspection officer talk about the hardships of fighting with the loggers and deforestation, the atmosphere seemed to sag, we felt It feels like the forest trees are also silent without the sound of the wind…
Saying goodbye to the special wooded forest, our group collected a whole set of precious photos. Comrade ranger confided: Hopefully one day soon, Na Hang gnashing wood forest will become a tourist destination in the tourism chain of Na Hang Lake. And we will have the opportunity to come back to experience, to see Na Hang changing skin every day, changing meat to become a famous eco-tourism area to welcome domestic and foreign tourists.
