Ho Lake, with its long-term and indeterminate bodies, desperately needs to join the hands of the community to help a part of the needy life and bring a brighter future for the children here.
Ho Lake, also known as Tonle Sap, is a living place for thousands of Vietnamese people with numerous difficulties and no recognition of citizenship. They have no ID, no health care, most illiteracy and children cannot go to school.
The people of Vietnamese descent live on the Lake with poor living conditions. Their lives are worse because of depletion, pollution due to the exploitation of water resources, excessive tourism as well as local government fishing ban. Daily water and waste are discharged directly into the lake and then used for living and eating. Children who are unable to attend public schools, adults who cannot open bank accounts, take driver’s licenses, enter a workshop or buy a home.
The fuzzy life of the young generation and health and health conditions are not always guaranteed.
One Health Foundation aims to bring about the strong development of the community and especially the future generation, starting with a healthy life.
The donation program received attention from sponsors and benefactors of the fund. We have given the school some money and necessities needed for clothes, books, rice, … to support the only existing primary school to maintain a free literacy volunteer activity valuable school.
