– Nang Kha commune: research location is Ta Nom area with 7 hectares of protective forest area, kept unchanged with other projects (based on Decision 159 of the Provincial People's Committee).

+ Area 2: is the head of Pac Chom bridge, the research area is 13 hectares, is an area of ​​protective forest land, has a high slope (160m above sea level), maintains the current status and does not overlap with other areas. In other planning, the area of ​​protective forest land has also been planned to be converted to production forest land (this location belongs to clause 511).

*The feasibility of the project is based on the legality and actual conditions of the above areas:

– Because the above points do not overlap with other plans, production forest land and land for perennial crops are not subject to copyright related to land use change. Particularly for protective forest land and abused forest land over 2 hectares, the Prime Minister's opinion must be obtained (under 2 hectares under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee Council).
