ONEHEALTH FOUNDATION SIGNS MOU WITH THE TAIWAN OVERSEAS RESCUE AND CARE ASSOCIATION IN VIETNAM

On January 19, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, OneHealth Foundation officially held the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony with the Taiwan Overseas Rescue and Care Association in Vietnam. This marks an important milestone in OneHealth Foundation’s strategy to expand international partnerships, aiming to build a humane, sustainable, and people-centered healthcare ecosystem.

Two organizations – One shared mission

OneHealth Foundation is a healthcare and social organization whose mission is to connect medicine, technology, and the community to improve the quality of healthcare, especially for vulnerable populations. Throughout its development, OneHealth Foundation has consistently pursued the philosophy of “prevention is better than cure,” while also emphasizing physical health, mental well-being, and long-term quality of life.

Meanwhile, the Taiwan Overseas Rescue and Care Association in Vietnam represents the Taiwanese community in Vietnam and is actively engaged in rescue operations, medical support, life care services, and the protection of the rights of people living, studying, and working abroad. The Association not only serves as a bridge within the community but is also a pioneer in humanitarian and emergency support activities.

Though coming from different cultures, both organizations share one core value: placing people at the center of every action.

Cooperation goals: Beyond signing, toward long-term partnership

This MOU signing is not merely symbolic, but serves as the foundation for a long-term strategic partnership focused on:

• Supporting healthcare services for the Taiwanese community in Vietnam as well as other communities in need
   
• Connecting medical, social, and humanitarian resources, including professional teams, healthcare facilities, charitable organizations, and community support programs
   
• Implementing rescue, care, and recovery activities, especially in emergency or crisis situations
   
• Developing sustainable healthcare programs that not only address immediate needs but also improve long-term quality of life
   

Through this collaboration, both parties expect to create more effective, compassionate, and far-reaching community support models.

At the ceremony, the CEO of OneHealth Foundation delivered a heartfelt speech emphasizing the importance of collaboration in today’s society:
