The ceremony took place at noon on November 15 and presented 1000 sets of multi-purpose life jackets to poor and near-difficult fishermen in Ha Tinh province, Canh Duong and Quang Phu alone. Quang Trach district was awarded 350 sets. The remaining life jackets are distributed to fishermen in coastal localities in the following districts: Nghi Xuan 200 sets, Loc Ha 200 sets, Thach Ha 200 sets, Cam Xuyen 200 sets and Ky Anh town 150 sets, Ky Anh district 50 sets.
